I solve business problems for fun.
Imagine what I'd do for yours.

Strategy & innovation consultant. I spot what's broken, then design the fix.

Who I am

Give me a problem that feels too big, too tangled, or too vague to solve, and that's exactly where I do my best work. I find the real issue hiding underneath the obvious one, then design a practical, buildable way through it. It's a habit I can't switch off. Every idea on this site began as a problem I noticed and couldn't stop trying to solve.

I've put that instinct to work across strategy, innovation, and growth, advising everyone from Fortune 500 leadership teams to early stage founders. I've helped companies launch new products, break into new markets, rethink how they operate, and turn fuzzy ambitions into clear plans. The industry changes, but the job is always the same: cut through the complexity and make the path forward obvious.

What I help people solve

Different industries, same playbook. The challenges I take on tend to fall into a handful of buckets. If yours lives near any of them, we'll get along:

Growth strategy & new marketsInnovation & new productsSustainability, ESG & circular economyGo-to-market & commercializationOperations & customer successBrand, story & positioning

How I think

Every idea on this site follows the same arc: notice a real problem, name the actual challenge underneath it, then design a solution someone could build. That arc isn't reserved for my own ideas. It's what I do for people, teams, and companies facing challenges that feel too big or too messy.

The portfolio spans 11 solution areas: Consumer Products & Gear, Sustainability & Circular Economy, Media, Content & Brand, Travel & Experiences, AI & Emerging Tech, and more. If your challenge falls anywhere near one of them, I've already been thinking about it.
